We are Transforming Young Ladies and Women Lives

mentoring

Our Leadership and Mentoring Development Program, “Helping Our Princesses Evolve” (H.O.P.E) is for young girls facing life’s everyday challenges, as well as low self-esteem, leadership skills, and academic achievement. Our program vision is to mentor young ladies for success, to become a model for leadership in our communities.

guidance and counseling

ADVMS’ approach is to remove barriers that keep young ladies from striving towards success by teaching and reinforcing traditional ethical values that strengthen an individual’s character. By identifying these key barriers, our goal is to develop skills that will provide techniques to help transform their character and build their self-esteem.
